All employees are always enriched with morality, belief, and pride in the Company. Since then, DOANNHAT JSC's employees are always aware of their role in forming the company's culture, constantly learning, creating, diligence, and integrity. Human resource policy is always improved so that employees can have the best working environment:
1. Working environment:
- Dynamic and professional, always creating conditions for each individual to have the opportunity to assert themselves.
- Organize professional training courses and seminars to supplement the knowledge and practical experience of the staff.
- Having policies to attract resources, especially young human resources with good morality.
2. Labor policy:
- The company implements a working regime of 48 hours/week.
- Holidays, leave and other leave must comply with the provisions of the Labor Code.
- The office is always cool, clean, fully equipped with equipment and tools to serve the work.
- The company is also fully equipped with protective gear for employees working at the construction sites.
3. Salary:
- Salary system built based on the assigned work and the efficiency of the work performed.
- Periodically during the year, the Company will consider the performance of employees' jobs as a basis for salary increase through the evaluation of direct leaders.
- In addition to the salary, the Company also has a satisfactory bonus policy to encourage working spirit for employees. Bonus Ceremony, Tet, and bonus according to work performance.

6. Discipline in the Company:
Employees must strictly comply with the following regulations:

- Do not use the name of the Company for personal work. It is strictly forbidden to deceive acts at work and in operations leading to damage to property and interests of the Company.
- Prohibit all forms of information disclosure, arbitrarily bring documents out of the office, or provide information of the Company outside without the consent of the superiors.
- Keep the company's business secret.
- Do not disclose information about the Personal's income.
